Over Two Decades of Experience
Founder and owner, Eric Cashion, was introduced to the trade of siding installation by his father, Danny Cashion, during the summers of his early teenage years. While gaining the valuable skills of this trade from his father, he was also taught the importance of integrity, ethics, and honesty, both in business and in life. These skills and values now serve as the foundation for Siding Solutions.
In the mid 90s, Eric began working for a well-respected framing company building upscale production homes and, because of his background and his innate leadership skills, he quickly advanced to a foreman position. Although the construction industry was booming and it seemed a promising future for him with a secure employer, Eric felt as though he needed something more personally satisfying. As one of the sales representatives from James Hardie put it, "Eric was a custom guy stuck in a production world." Hence the birth of Siding Solutions.
During his time as a foreman, Eric was exposed to a diverse workforce in the industry and was able to identify with construction professionals who shared his values and vision. His team is now comprised of these like-minded individuals. Fortunately, the staff at Siding Solutions is no longer "custom guys stuck in a production world!"

Throughout his career, Eric has referred to his clients as "respected friends." As a direct result of that belief, his company has built a reputation for integrity, teamwork, and commitment. Eric's 20 years of experience in this industry provide the knowledge to meet the challenge of everyone's constructions concerns; namely, cost, quality, time, and aesthetic value. He listens to his client's concerns because he understands them. He is able to achieve success by focusing on the needs of his stakeholders in every decision he makes, while living his values daily.
